I don’t know about you, but I find there’s som I don’t know about you, but I find there’s something so comforting about a snack that is both simple, delicious and deeply nourishing ✨

These spiced linseed crackers with butter bean hummus are one of my go-tos – whether I have guests over or just want something savoury and grounding during the day. They were also a winner at my Feed the Microbiome workshop 🤍

What I love about this combination is that it offers more than just flavour and texture.

Flaxseeds are not only a great base for a very satisfying, crunchy cracker, they’re also good source of healthy fats and soluble fibre, and naturally contain lignans – a type of phytoestrogen. These plant compounds can gently interact with oestrogen receptors and are often included in the diet during phases of hormonal change.

At the same time, fibre plays an important role in supporting digestion and helping the body eliminate metabolic by-products via the gut.

Butter beans add another layer. They provide plant protein and contain resistant starch – a type of carbohydrate that isn’t digested straight away, but instead reaches the large intestine where it becomes food for beneficial gut bacteria 🦠

It’s a simple, rather yummy combination that feels satisfying, grounding and supportive for steady energy throughout the day.

Last Saturday I hosted my Hormone Balance Workshop Last Saturday I hosted my Hormone Balance Workshop + Brunch at nourishedcollective — what better weekend to choose than International Women’s Day weekend 💛

I started the workshop with a talk on how food and daily habits can support hormonal balance before we moved into the kitchen to prepare a delicious brunch cooked by everyone who joined.

There was chia pudding, ricotta pancakes, shakshuka, harissa yoghurt, sourdough with delicious toppings — think avocado, pickles, and chilli oil — sautéed mushrooms with a miso-tahini yoghurt base, and a colourful brunch spread. Simple dishes that support hormone health and are easy to bring into everyday life.

What I loved most was the atmosphere around the table: curious conversations, shared experiences, and a group of wonderful women coming together to learn, cook, and enjoy good food.

Thank you to everyone who joined and everyone who helped make this day happen — it truly was a pleasure 💛 soulcollective.eu testingtheworld ohneberlin lifeinaberlinminute

A special thank you to Joe from smoochesinberlin for providing the most delicious sourdough bread in town. Everyone loved it ❤️

If you’re interested in joining a future workshop, feel free to DM me and I’ll add you to the mailing list, or sign up for my newsletter - link in bio 😊

✨ A little bit more about me… I thought it wa ✨ A little bit more about me…

I thought it was time to share a little about my journey, the path that brought me here, and the work I do today — and of courrse to introduce myself properly to those of you who are new here.

My name is Diana, and I’m a nutritional therapist + holistic chef, passionate about supporting women on their journey through perimenopause and beyond. Health and wellbeing are some of the most precious things we hold in life — and because we are all unique, one size never fits all. That’s why personalised nutrition and lifestyle support feel more important than ever.

My work goes beyond food alone — I help my clients create realistic, lasting change through personalised guidance, practical cooking support and a thoughtful step-by-step process, based on each person’s individual health and nutrition analysis.

As a nutritional therapist and chef, I wear many hats. Alongside 1:1 consultations and workshops, I collaborate with brands and practitioners and am always open to creative content projects. Everything I do is rooted in my belief that nourishment can be profound, supportive and beautifully simple at the same time.

Beyond my work, you’ll usually find me on the yoga mat, on my bike, at the gym, experimenting in the kitchen, spending time in nature, travelling, or sharing seasonal inspiration — all of which continue to shape how I support others.

If you’d like to connect or explore working together, I’d love to hear from you.
You can also join my monthly newsletter for nutrition and lifestyle inspiration, recipes and updates on upcoming workshops and events.
