Only one month to go until my next workshop ✨ T Only one month to go until my next workshop ✨

This one feels extra special, as it brings together two of my favourite topics: hormone balance and the microbiome – combined with what I love most: cooking and sharing food.

Expect a nourishing blend of theory and hands-on practice, a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and meaningful conversations with like-minded people.

That’s exactly how I’d describe my last workshop – and it was such a joy. You can find a sample menu and some of the feedback on the last slide ❤️✨ I will be sharing the final menu soon. 👩‍🍳😊

🎟️ Early bird tickets are available until 10 January- Link in bio ⬆️

If you have any questions, feel free to DM me.

I hope to see you on 7 February.

✨ With only a few days to go until Christmas 🎄, I wanted to share a few gentle tips on how to look after your liver — one of our true hero organs 🫶🌿 — over the festive season, along with a last-minute, liver-loving veggie dish for your Christmas table 🍲✨

Over Christmas — or more likely since the beginning of December — our daily rhythms tend to shift 🌙. Meals become richer 🍽️, more alcohol flows 🥂, and we fully lean into indulgence (which is wonderful and well deserved 💫). During this time, our bodies quietly work a little harder behind the scenes 🍃, with the liver carrying much of the extra load of festive yumminess coming in.

The liver is one of the body’s great multitaskers 🌿. Every day, it supports digestion, energy and blood sugar balance, nutrient processing, the body’s natural clearance pathways, and hormone balance ⚖️. During perimenopause and midlife, when hormonal rhythms naturally shift, this role becomes especially relevant 🌙.

Supporting your liver isn’t about restriction or detoxes. It’s about gentle, consistent care — even during busy or indulgent periods 🫶.

A few simple ways to support it this season:
🌿 Start the day hydrated — a large glass of water on rising 💧
🌿 Anchor meals with colourful, fibre-rich vegetables 🥕🥬
🌿 Include naturally bitter foods such as beetroot and leafy greens 🍠🍃
🌿 Pace alcohol mindfully — mocktails or kombucha can be a lovely alternative 🍹🫖
🌿 Move gently and protect sleep where you can 🧘‍♀️🌙

What matters most isn’t one rich meal or late night — but the rhythm you return to across days and weeks ✨🌿.

I’ve shared more on gentle liver support for hormone balance — along with a nourishing winter and festive recipe — in my latest blog post 🥣✨

Wishing you a very merry and delicious Christmas 🎄✨,

It’s a different topic this time, but rest assured: the microbiome will still play a big role… just as it does in everything I do 🦠💫

Wintertime is baking time for me. I just love spen Wintertime is baking time for me. I just love spending days in a cozy kitchen, baking seasonal delights. 🍂

Making the most of the last plums of the season this week, I baked one of my all-time favourite gluten-free treats: Chia + Salted Miso Brownies with Spiced Plum Compote and Kefir Drizzle.

This one’s not just for chocolate lovers — it’s a microbiome-friendly dessert rich in:
🌾 Fibre from chia seeds, ground almonds and plums
🍫 Polyphenols from dark chocolate and fruit (your gut microbes love these!)
🥣 Probiotics from natural kefir
🌰 Healthy fats from almonds and coconut oil for slow, balanced energy

I served it at the Microbiome Workshop and it was a hit — proof that dessert can be both delicious and nourishing.

If you’ve missed plum season, frozen cherries or winter fruit like pears, Kaki fruit or oranges are a perfect swap. You just need to adjust the cooking time slightly.

I hope you enjoy making (and sharing) this one as much as I do.

👉 You can find the full recipe with all the details on my blog — just head to the Linktree in my bio.

Wishing you a lovely and cozy start to the winter baking season.

Warmly,
Dianax

After my very first workshop nourished last week, After my very first workshop nourished last week, I wanted to share a few pics of the evening and the final menu with you.

It was such a beautiful evening, and I honestly couldn’t have wished for a lovelier group to join me. ✨💛

What l learned along the way is that putting together a workshop is a lot of hard work and takes time, love, sweat, and (a few) sleepless nights 😅 — but only by doing it, could l really understand what goes into creating something like this and learn how I can make things smoother for myself next time. Plus l already have lots of new ideas - so it was inspiring too 😊

So yes, there will be a next time (I’m already excited!) — but not until the new year 🌿
Most likely late January or early February, as November and December always seem to fly by 🍂

I’ll be sharing new workshop dates soon!

For now, I’m simply grateful — for a wonderful evening, inspiring conversations, and the joy of seeing both the food and the topic find new fans - thank you, everyone who joined. 🥰

Also a special thanks to soulcollective.eu annathenutritionmate avant.garden.life ohneberlin valeria_eat_a_rainbow & ediblealchemy.co for all your support - l count myself very lucky. 💜

Wishing you all a lovely evening,
Warmly,
Diana 🌸
