Just a quick healthy breakfast or dessert idea for you today, using leftover oat crumble. I basically like to add oat crumble to yogurt and fruit, as done with the rhubarb compote. Simply put natural yogurt in a bowl, top with your favourite fruit and scatter oat crumble over the fruit.
Nutritional hack: Since the crumble is made with sugar, I topped everything with a dash of cinnamon and omega rich linseed oil, this will help to balance your blood sugar better.
